COVID-19 Update

We are currently observing CDC guidelines for the near future. We will be using curbside service only, we cannot allow any clients into the building for our staff and client health. Never worry however, we are always here to serve! We will use the same great care and compassion as we always have. When you've made your appointment you will be given instructions on how the visit will go. If made in advance and you have the PetDesk app, it is important to read your reminder text you will receive. It contains important reminders for you.

Due to covid restrictions, once your appointment is made and you arrive at the hospital please call us to let us know the vehicle you are in, and please do not exit your vehicle. A staff member will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet. Please provide a written, detailed description of your pets symptoms and your concerns, along with a good phone number to reach you. We prefer you leave your pet to ensure they receive the most attention possible. We will be using our own leash, so please remove all leashes, collars and harnesses for us.

Surgeries and Grooms have specific drop off times and instructions as follows:

Grooms must be dropped off the day of the appointment between 8:00 and 8:30am. Please have a note ready for the groomer with instructions and a number to call when ready. Due to covid restrictions please park in the side lot, stay in your vehicle and call the hospital when you arrive. The groomer will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet. We will be using our own leash, so please remove all leashes, collars and harnesses for us.

For surgeries - Please do not feed your pet after 9PM the night before. Surgeries must be dropped off between 7:30 and 8:00am. Due to covid restrictions please park in the side lot, stay in your vehicle and call the hospital when you arrive. A staff member will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet with all of the necessary forms to sign. We will be using our own leash, so please remove all leashes, collars and harnesses for us.

If you need a medication refill or pet food:

Please allow 24 hours for all medication and food refill requests and be ready with payment information at that time. Due to covid restrictions please call the hospital when you arrive. A staff member will come to your vehicle with your order.
